How much a 1C and Bitrix24 integration costs and what drives the price

Prices for typical exchange options, what makes an integration more expensive, and when the free connector is enough.

I build a one-way exchange between 1C and Bitrix24, for example sending deals to 1C, for $250. A two-way exchange with retries on failure and duplicate merging costs $600, and with scheduled reconciliation and an alert when the exchange stops it costs $1,200. The price is fixed as long as the scope matches the description.

A customized 1C configuration, duplicates in the data, the number of entities and a third system in the exchange make an integration more expensive. If the process is standard and the data is clean, the free 1C connector from Bitrix24 itself may be enough, and no custom development is needed.

1C and Bitrix24 integration prices

Option Includes Price
Basic one webhook or one-way exchange between two systems, log of every exchange, instructions and handover $250
Standard two-way exchange, retries on failure, duplicate merging, log search by order number $600
Premium everything in Standard, scheduled reconciliation with a discrepancy report, alert when the exchange stops $1,200

The price is not hourly: you know the total before the work starts, not after it ends.

What the work includes

  • Process review. Which system owns each field, who counts as the same customer, what must never be created twice.
  • Reference data mapping. Products, counterparties, deal and document statuses.
  • Exchange with a log. You can see what was sent, what was not and why.
  • Testing and handover. Tests on a real database, instructions and a call where I show how everything works.

What makes an integration more expensive

  • A customized 1C configuration. A standard "Trade Management" configuration is easier to connect than a heavily modified one.
  • Dirty data. Duplicate counterparties and mismatched SKUs have to be sorted out before launch, or the exchange will multiply the errors.
  • Many entities. Deals, products, prices, stock, invoices, payments: each has its own rules.
  • Edits on both sides. If the same field is edited in both 1C and Bitrix24, you need a rule for whose edit wins.
  • Speed. An hourly exchange is simpler and cheaper than updates within seconds.
  • A third system. When a website, a warehouse or a marketplace joins 1C and Bitrix24, there are more places for data to diverge. I covered a marketplace exchange using Kaspi.kz and 1C as the example.

When a ready-made connector is enough

Bitrix24 has a free 1C Connector (app page in Russian) from 1C-Bitrix, and it works with both cloud and on-premise Bitrix24. The Bitrix24 Market has other 1C exchange apps as well. For a standard exchange of products, counterparties and deals this may be enough.

A ready-made solution fits if the process is standard, the data is clean and a discrepancy once every few days is not critical. Start with it: if it covers the task, there is no reason to pay for development.

A custom integration is needed when the process is non-standard, there are more than two systems, or you need a guarantee that a network failure will not create a duplicate order or payment. How that works is covered in A repeated request must not create a second order.

How not to overpay for an integration

  1. Describe the process before talking about technology: where the data comes from, who changes it, what breaks today.
  2. Start with the one direction that removes the most manual work.
  3. Agree on a price for a described scope, not on open-ended hourly billing.
  4. Ask for an exchange log and a discrepancy report. Without them, failures are noticed only through customer complaints.

What to prepare for a price and timeline estimate

The timeline depends on the same things as the price, so I give them together. For an estimate, send:

  • your 1C configuration and version, and whether it has custom changes;
  • which Bitrix24 you use: cloud or on-premise;
  • what data should move and in which direction;
  • how many records: products, counterparties, deals per month;
  • what is done by hand today and how long it takes.

With this list you can send me the task. I will reply with a plan, the main risk and a fixed price. More about the packages on the CRM, ERP and marketplace integration page.

Questions

How much does a 1C and Bitrix24 integration cost?

A one-way exchange costs $250, a two-way exchange with retries on failure and duplicate merging $600, and with scheduled reconciliation and an alert when the exchange stops $1,200. The price is fixed for the described scope.

Can 1C and Bitrix24 be connected without development?

Yes, if the process is standard and the data is clean. Bitrix24 has a free 1C Connector from 1C-Bitrix, and it works with both cloud and on-premise Bitrix24.

Which 1C configurations do you work with?

Trade Management, Accounting for Kazakhstan and other systems with an HTTP API or a database that can be opened for reading. A heavily customized configuration makes the integration more expensive.

What does the timeline depend on?

On the same things as the price: the 1C configuration, the number of entities and how clean the data is. I give the timeline together with the price after a short description of the task.
